Yoga Practice 2022

As the part of BEd curriculum we practice yoga.The class was taken by Nibin sir, Physical education. We are arranged in three rows in hall.And sir explained the importance of yoga in our daily life. We are so excited to train yoga. Sir detailedly explained the eight element of yoga path. Then sir introduced Asana. Asana is the physical posture in yoga. Some of the asanas are very useful and important from the view point of physical mental and spiritual growth of an individual. Sir discuss in brief a few important asanas. First one is Padamasana. One of the best asanas for meditation is Siddasana.It is followed by we practice Vajrasana, Salabhasana, Dhanya sana, Bhujangasana, Halasana, Yogamudhra, Naukasana. Each and every asana has its own benefits.Our friend Sneha, she already practice yoga.She helped us to practice yoga. We enjoy to practice yoga. We understand the importance of yoga in daily life as a teacher trainees.
