Today I take a class based on  inductive thinking model on the topic prokaryotes and Eukaryotes in 8. B class. The class follow all steps of the model with activity aids. 

           

Anti - drug day celebration in school

                  Anti drug day celebration  

Today is the anti drug day. Our school celebrated today to aware students against drug use. In the morning assembly headmistress address on the topic anti- drug. Then all the students in the school spoke pledge. The programs such as poster presentation carried out in school. In the afternoon section all students sign in a chart to convey a message for never using drug.At the 3pm based on dry day all students clean the school compound.

Today is the 3rd weekend reflection after our second phase of teaching practice. Each one representing 22 school shared teaching practice experiences. Firstly college principal Riju sir welcomed teachers and us to the reflection section. Reflection started with St. Mary's HSS, Kizhakkekkara school represented Akhila. She was talk about the school activities such as yoga day programs and reading day programs such as books exhibition, quiz competition etc. Next Bency represented SNM HSS, Elampallor , reading programs are conducted in school. Aparna represented Marthoma Girls HS, Kottarakkara.  Aparna shared school activities such as yoga day programs and reading day programs on school.  Next Anjali represented Govt.HSS Vettikavala.  Yoga day program and reading day programs conducted this week. Kalyani represented MGD Boys, Kundra, Jishnu represented SKV,HSS Thrikanamangalam, Abhkrishnan represented St.Mary's, HS Adoor, Our school SG HS, Kottarakkara represented by Drishya, Anjana represented by Govt.Boys Kottarakkara, Chinju represented MAMKL, HS, Pavitheswaram, Reeja represented MGDG,HS Kundra, Noora represented NVHSS ,Kadapa, Sruthy represented MTHS, Valakom, Gayathri represented Govt.HSS, Muttara, Gopika represented Marthoma HS, Arumurikkada respectively.  

                     Each one represented each school. On this week yoga day celebration,  reading day celebration, are major activities in the school. Finally Leena teacher, Reshmi teacher, Swathi teacher and Praveen teacher tall about the classes they observed. Through this reflection help to understand the experiences of each school.

 A program based on reading day conducted by SG college students on today. In the afternoon section 2.30 pm groups of students and their sir came to school for some programs.  They are students of college spoke about a review on they read books and a quiz competition for school students.  They donate books for school library

Today a class on reading day. The class was taken by Anil sir , the poet. He inagurated vidyarangam kalasahaythya vedhi and very intersted class. He spoke about the various books he read and the class is full with song. 

Yoga day celebration  

Today is Yoga day. In the afternoon section we the teacher trainee take a class on Yoga for students. We teach them to some asanas like padmasana, vajrasana etc. They are very intersted to do Yoga.

Today I take class on using ICT lesson plan. The class through out using ICT bases on the topic cell theory in 8. B students.  Each activities, discussion points, consolidation,  application level questions, review questions and follow up activity etc are provided through ICT. Students are very excited to study using ICT .

        

National Reading Day Celebration📚

                 Reading day celebration 📚

National reading day was celebrated today. In the morning assembly headmistress gave speech on the importance of the day. In the afternoon section 2p.m conducted programs related with reading day . The programs such as poster and magazine presentation.It is followed by reading day special pledge. This is not only one day program, it is one month celebration program. Then after planned the programs for next days. Quiz competition, Essay writing competition, recitation etc are planned for following days. Each students are very excited for celebrating reading day programs. The program was ended at 3.00pm.

Today was the second weekend reflection after our teaching practice phase 2. Today's reflection is optional wise in the presence of our optional teacher Dr.Praveen teacher. There are total 8 schools , each one shared their experiences representing each schools.In our school represented by drisya. Sreevind, Arya, Sruthy, Leethu, Liya and Shincy represented each school. Each of them shared teaching practice experiences. 

World Day Against Child Labour 2023 - School Celebration

Today , June 12 was the world day against child labour. Our school conducted related programs on school assembly. The programs such as quiz competition, magazine presentation, poster making and speech competition are conducted related with day against child labour. School head mistress Rubi teacher delivered a speech to aware child importance to vanished child labour and act for educate child. 

Weekend reflection (general)- 01

                 Weekend reflection- 01  

 Today was the first weekend reflection after our school internship phase -2. 🏫.Today, June 10th reflection was started at morning 10 am in general hall. Firstly our college principal Riju sir spoke a introduction about teaching practice. And introduced our new teachers in college.       

                   After that each college representatives shared their experiences in their first three day of teaching practice.  Most of them shared Improper arrangement of school timetable.  So that some of them don't get any classes for taking. Some of us taking one or more classes and completed their lesson plans. The all 22 school members shared their second phase school internship experiences. In our school SG high school kottarakkara,Anju represented us for sharing one week experiences. At last Riju sir gave us to some instructions for improving next days for school internship 🏫 .Through this weekend reflection l got an information about different school experiences.

    First day of 2nd phase school internship 

Today was the first day of second school internship.  We reached the school at 9.15 am . We hand over our register to headmistress.  School assembly is at 10 am . Wednesday the assembly is in Hindi language. In the assembly prize distributed the winners of world environmental day quiz competition. Today l had no classes and prepared for next class and wrote lesson plans.
