Workshop based practical on stress management was conducted on 14 th November 2022. The resource person in the program are Dr.Joju John, Associate professor in education and life skill, Mar Theophilous training college ,trivandrum. The program was started in 9.30 am at college general hall.In the beginning section sir tell about some quotes and some mind refreshing activities are set for us. And some stress relief activities are done.Then sir presented a power point presentation that contains a detailed theory about stress, types of stress , symptoms and solutions for solve it.
In the afternoon section ,sir tell some realistic stories and share sir's experiences for his career related the content stress.Sir give us to tips for escape from stress in life. Sir motivate us to perform well and create stress free environment. At the end of the workshop sir show some videos for successful persons who overcome their stressful situations. And show a intersted animated video of a small birds ,it struggled in the initial and overcome stress of life and finally become successful. This workshop give a message for me is stress is just a stress or feelings it can overcome through own motivation and moves steps forward. At end of the class I was realised the ways to overcome stress. Finally college chairman Jishnu gives thanks to sir for takes a worth full class.
